The 4" auger does a great job for us and the blades last 2-3 years. Don't bother trying to use a battery powered drill for big jobs; the cold drains the battery too fast. Saucony Men's Progrid Mirage 2 Running Shoe,Grey/Yellow,8.5 M US Review

After going through about 6 other shoes, this is the one I've settled on. I show all the symptons of an over-pronator but stability shoes I find too heavy and clunky. I've gone through a couple of shoes in the minimalist category including Saucony's Kinvara line and really like it. The change in foot strike led to personal bests in 8k and 10k runs but when it came to a half-marathon, it lacked enough support. I did set a personal best in that distance but I paid the price afterwards in soreness and my shoes graduated to "walking use only". The Mirage blends minimalist lightness and speed with stability and support to create an excellent shoe for longer distances. I am optimistic about setting another personal best in my marathon next week as a result!

I now own the 3,4,and 5 hybrid for this brand. My handicap hovers between 10 and 11, and I'm in my 70s. These clubs are easy to hit, and travel longer than any previous hybirds I've owned. The grips feel a little large, and the clubs feel slightly heavier than my previous clubs. They get in the air easily, and land softly, I've had no trouble shaping shots and must give Cobra credit for making such a great club at a reasonable price. The bright yellow grips work for me, as it's almost impossible to leave this club behind! I would surely try one if you're in the market.

I bought these waders last season and it hasn't been quite one year yet but they have holding out pretty well until about 2 months ago. My feet started getting damp and I thought it was just from moisture build up but it had never happened before. But the last few times I went fishing, I noticed that they were even more wet. So I think that they have sprung a leak somewhere in the neoprene boots. Also, some of the seems are starting to deteriorate in the knee and hip section because my clothes are wet on the inside after a long day of wading in the water.

I believe they usually go for about $90 retail but it got them on sale for about $60. Over all, not bad for $60. Probably not $100, but if they went on sale again, I would probably buy them. Tight lines!

Sevylor Fiji Travel Pack Kayak (Blue,2-Person) Review

We bought this kayak for a recent trip to Cape Cod. Used is in a bay with mild current and wind for about a week. Here are the things I like about this product:

- Easy to carry, set up and store. - This is the most important part about an inflatable kayak.
- The materials appears to be sturdy and the appearance is great.
- The paddle can be separated into three pieces and very easy to fit into any spaces in the car.
- The storage bag that comes with it is large enough that things fit in pretty easily.

Here comes my major issue: to get the kayak to go straight, a skeg is a MUST! The manufacture should announce that black and white in large font. You can still paddle it but it takes a lot effort. If there are two people in the kayak, the body weight helps to sink the kayak deeper and paddling straight becomes a little easier. That being said, the skeg should definitely help based on other reviewers' feedback.

There are a couple other things to bring up. More of user experience than concerns:

- The storage bag has holes to fit in a string/rope to pull/close the openning; you might want to add the rope to make carrying easier.
- There are two types of inflation holes. The smaller ones are tricky to handle. You need to pull the hole nose out before you can inflate them. Once inflated, the hole noses need to be pressed down while the pump is still running to void air leaking. Once the hole is pressed down, then you can pull out the pump and put in the cap - more as a safty measure.
- Recommend use an electronic pump with the right connectors for both inflating and deflating.

Overall, this is a good product for leisure usage. Buy it together with the skeg and you'll be good to go!

Prism Snapshot 1.4 Speed Foil Kite, Blue Review

I spent quite a bit of time deciding what kite to buy (1.2/1.4/1.9/2.5)
I first purchased the 1.4 and have subsequently bought the 1.9

First, the prism kites are high quality and have a very nice pouch to carry your new kite around in. A foil style kite like this is great to learn on as there isnt any pieces to break on the kite when (and it will) hit the ground hard. The main thing to know about these kites is that the 1.2 is fast and the 2.5 has a lot of pull, the rest fall in between.

I started with the 1.4 as it came recommended to be the best compromise between speed and pull. I weigh 240 and in 15 mph winds (tree tops are swaying quite a bit) it gave a little bit of tug. I knew after this I was hooked. The 1.9 behaves quite nicely in 5-8 mph winds and above that becomes a bit like landing a big fish. I was out flying today in 15+ mph winds and felt like I was really flying it for the first time. I was involuntarily pulled forward 3-4 steps in large gusts and found myself leaning back quite a bit to compensate for the pull. It was exhilerating! I was not prepared for the difference between these two kites.

If you arent sure about flying and dont want a workout in high winds get the 1.4 but you will likely want to purchase the 1.9 or 2.5 later. I like to give the 1.4 to friends who havent flown before to learn the controls wihtout being pulled around.

If you are pretty sure you are going to like flying and are only going to purchase one kite get the 1.9 or 2.5.
