I ordered this item and when it arrived the first thing i noticed was it had been opened before i recieved it all the items were there but i was shocked at the fact seeing it was considered a new in box item.
when i opened the blind i had no problems at all it seemed good and i was impressed until i went inside that is when i noticed the shoot through webbing wasnt on as i tryed to put it on i soon noticed it wasnt the right size on any of the windows after pulling and slowly pushing the velcro to attach it i was able to at least some what close them. Also there is velcro on this that ur solid window screen attaches too its only sewn on by one of the edges. the hooks that hold up the solid window screen are run of the mill cheap plastic hook but the loops they give to attach these to are so small that taking them off silently or putting them back up is just not going to happen quietly or quickly they could have just put a button on the end of the original loop to solve this issue.
there are a few good things the material is heavy and seems very durable the zipper is very large and seems to be very sturdy and the camo on it is great the skeleton of the blind had no visible problems on first assembly. i just think they failed on the windows which is a huge problems for ease of use while hunting over all with a few personal modifications im sure ill be happy with the blind but as it stands id suggest any one else to spend a bit more for a better built product.

Uncle Mike's Law Enforcement Tactical Rifle Assault Case (43-Inch, Dark Earth) Review

My bag just arrived, so this review doesn't speak to longterm performance.

I bought this bag for storing and transporting my Norinco AK-47. The 36" bag is a perfect fit with the Tapco folding stock. I have a more expensive Mako stock on the way, and I'm really hoping that it's not any longer, because the rifle just fits right now.

I shopped around extensively before settling on this bag and I am pleased with my purchase. Material, strapping, and zippers (lockable) are all robust. Padding is substancial, and totally surrounds the rifle compartment. Double stitching on the important seams. Metal hardware on the shoulder strap, which is an important feature. I made this purchase with the idea in mind that I may have to haul this bag across rough terrain for extended periods of time, and I'm confident that it will stand up to that based on the construction.

The secondary zippered pocket holds three 40 round mags, two 30 round mags, and two 5 round mags in the velcro compartments; and a gun rug containing my S&W .357 magnum with a 6" barrel. It still zips up easily with no visible bulging. Considering the size of the revolver, I'm fairly impressed with that alone.

The side pouches hold my loading assistant, multi-tool, small tactical light, and Otis universal cleaning kit with 50% of the available room to spare (which I'll probably use for handgun ammo).

I ultimately got this bag because of the price ($62 at time of purchase). While there are a lot cheaper bags out there, I was a little nervous because other bags go for much higher than this as well. This brings me to my four star rating: I wish that there was some sort of attachment system in this bag (like Molle). The absence of this feature undoubtedly contributes to the lower price. I have to say that, if I were military personal who depended on my gear to save my life, I would likely opt for something in a slightly higher price range that could make things like magazines more readily accessible.

Bottom line: If you're an hobbyist shooter, or an outdoors person you will probably be very pleased with the value and quality of this bag; if you're going to use this bag every day of your life and have lots of accesseries to keep up with, maybe consider something slightly more tactical.

UPDATE: I now also carry a Glock 21 (holstered), four mags, and loading assist and gun lock in this bag comfortably along with everything else that I have mentioned in this review. I had to get creative with my 7.62 mags and stow them in the rifle compartment, which does slow down securing the rifle. (New Israeli stock fits better than the slimmer Tapco, by the way.) Overall, I am more pleased with my purchase now than I was before. I love utility, and this bag (plus a couple of .30 ammo cans) is all I need for several hours of shooting.

Also, almost everyone who sees it, novice and experienced, compliments it.

Scarpa Men's Crux Approach Shoe,Shark/Green,45 EU/11.5 M US Review

I've started rock scrambling about 2 years ago, as I live only about 15 minutes away from Red Rocks, NV, one of the best climbing spots in the United States. So far I just scramble, but am getting into more technical stuff.
I had been using various running shoes, but wanted to upgrade. The difference is wonderful. The good: 1: The rubber is very sticky 2: The laces go almost to the toe, allowing a great fit on my wide feet. 3: The heel has a tread pattern that grips well when going down hill on loose gravel. 4: The toe is smooth, and allows for improved edging.
The only downside is there isn't much padding in the forefoot. That's the trade off for the improved climbing capability. I have no trouble with it, but I only have to hike 6 to 8 miles round trip to my climbing spots.
I have worked the shoes hard over the last few days, and they look rock solid.
All in all, I'm glad I bought these, and am having much fun on my scrambles/climbs

Huffy Girl's Disney Cinderella Bike, 16-Inch Review

Overall I am highly disappointed with this bike. The only reason I am giving it two stars instead of one is because my four year old daughter loves the design and the carriage feature to carry a doll around is cute.

First of all the directions are unnecessarily confusing. Huffy has created a stock set of directions that they send out with every bike. I know this because the exact same directions came with a bike I bought for myself a year ago. Because of this the directions refer to several features your particular bike doesn't include and makes the assembly process more confusing and time-consuming then necessary.

Secondly, the bike does not come with reflectors or a kickstand. Since when are these considered luxury items for a bike? I don't know if they assume a child will keep the training wheels on at all times and thus will not need a kickstand, but this is a serious oversight in my book. My 4 1/2 year old daughter is already riding without training wheels, and it's a pain to have her lay the bike down and pick it up by herself every time she gets on and off. It also damages the pedals. Reflectors should obviously be included as a basic safety feature.

In addition, the bike is just poorly constructed. The front fork on our bike was actually too narrow, making it extremely difficult to put the front tire on. Even now the front wheel doesn't turn as freely as it should. And no matter how tight we make the necessary bolts, the seat and handlebars always seem to be loose and don't stay on straight. The Cinderella design on the bike body is nothing but cheap stickers that weren't even put on very well. I had to do my best to smooth out the bubbles underneath them.

I actually had several similar construction problems with the bike I bought for myself, so I think it's safe to say I'm never buying a Huffy bike again. I would gladly return this bike for a refund if my daughter wasn't already so in love with it. I suppose it will have to do for this summer and next Spring we'll spend more money on a better bike. You definitely get what you pay for.

The Pygmy Falcon-II Backpack is great for day hikes and even minimalist over night camping where water will not be an issue. It holds approximately 1400 cubic inches of gear which should be plenty for a day hike. With a thin profile you will be able to trail blaze through bush with no problem. The "Y" compression strap helps to keep everything in place.

Side Pouches
The side pockets will each hold a 32 oz. Nalgene bottle. If water is going to be an issue this pack may not be your first option since it is not very compatible for a hydration system. Main Compartment
The main compartment is a nice size and opens with two zippers in a clam shell fashion allowing you to completely open the pack to get what you need as opposed to taking out all of your gear to find the needed item. The main compartment is large enough to hold a first aid kit, pocket rocket with fuel, food, extra socks, a light jacket and more.

Front Pouch and Slip Pocket

Rubber Cal Elephant Bark Floor Mat, Black, 3/16-Inch x 4 x 9-Feet Review

Great product for use as a floor covering for a home gym. Don't expect too much cushioning from the thinner versions of these mats. Personally, I prefer the 5 mm thickness because of its lower cost and since it's best to avoid squishy flooring products if you intend to do any powerlifting/heavy lifting on them.
