Although I have two pairs of five finger toes, both the same size, the Spyridon is tighter than my other pair. Thus, I am not able to wear socks with them in colder weather. The tred and thick soles make them ideal for rocky areas or dirt roads that have rocks. They are also good traction for running on ice or snow. My toes don't get cold as long as I keep going at a jogging pace. Running in Five Finger Toe Shoes has given me healthier knees and ankles (both hurt before after running in regular running shoes). I think it is the running on the balls of my feet, which takes the impact off of my knees and ankles.

Our 3 year old demonstrating the treadmill. Then our other child takes his turn. We recently purchased this after buying a new treadmill for us in hopes of keeping her entertained while we worked out. She has spent more time with this thing in one day than any other "toy" we have ever bought. The current "1 star" is correct, the treadmill smells horrible, like a mixture of new rubber and a railroad track (anyone who has ever walked a railroad track will know what that smell is). However, since putting it together, it has dissipated a bit.

The treadmill is very sturdy and it took very little time for our daughter to get the hang of it. Heck, even the 1 year old figured out how to get a few steps in and he has been walking for less than 2 weeks.

Pearl Izumi Women's Pearl Track Jacket, Medium, Shadow Grey/Pink Punch Review

Update: I put the jacket in the dryer and the zipper melted. It's plastic and so the jacket is pretty much useless now. =(

I am so impressed with Pearl Izumi's clothing. I've only purchased their cycling shoes and socks which are great quality by the way. I saw this jacket and the price was great so I said why not? It's just a great looking jacket. Very lightweight and thin but still warm. The sleeves have mittens that fold out for when it gets chilly and fold back into the sleeve when not needed. It looks great with regular clothes as well. Pearl Izumi has replaced Under Armour as my work out gear of choice and I will definitely be buying more of their clothing.

Sport-Tek - Youth Long Team Parka. - Black - XL Review

I bought two of these - one for each of my little boys (ages 5 and 7) who are swimmers. We used to have all sorts of complaining about how it's sooooo cold when they get out of the water and these parkas have completely eliminated all complaints. They're incredibly warm (which is a must if you have kids who either swim early in the morning or late at night - or have to sit around between heats at outdoor meets). Frankly, this totally eliminates the need for a towel if you don't feel like carrying one; I carry the towels which my kids ignore because they slide right into these when they get out of the pool. I wavered on buying these initially because I thought $60 was a lot to spend on a product like this - but I really should have bought these sooner. They're a great product and well worth the cost (and they're actually somewhat cheaper than the ones made by Speedo and some other brands). My recommendation is to buy one size up from what you need so that it lasts longer; the kids like to wear them long anyway so it's not much of a problem if they're a bit big for a period of time.

My only complaint is that it's short. I am 5' 6" and I have to duck under the canopy. With that said- it is compact and comes in it's own bag. It was easy to trasport camping on the back of my motorcycle and it's easy to erect. I had a friend, but you could do this on your own. the side screen offers a nice bit of privacy for 2-3 people.

This is a pretty nice looking shoe and it is comfortable to walk in to. It's like a sponge and a spring combined. It laces up good. You can lace'em tight or loose. The material allows a lot of air to flow into the shoe. It kinda feels like a thin sock over the sock you are wearing. A really nice shoe in my opinion.
