I was searching the internet for prowlers and sleds, and decided to search Amazon. Once seeing an MiR sled at this price I had to check it out. I already own a weight vest from them that is insanely secure fitting and comfortably so I had a prior history with this brand. The sled arrived within three days, was easy to set-up, and simple to use.So far, I've done 100lb and 145lb workouts with the sled. It's worked amazing and I'd recommend it to anyone. For the CrossFit community, it will not fit the bumper plates we use. I've used 25lb and smaller iron plates, and another reviewer stated that 35's will fit on as well.
Oh, don't use it on cement/asphalt/etc. It wears down the bottom quickly. Grass/turf/rubber track only.
