I own three pair of Keen's size 9 sandals. They are simply the best. My wife is equally pleased with hers. As I walk daily 11 kms on an unpaved and rocky road in Costa Rica, something more substantial than a sandal seemed in order. I was very pleased to receive my Voyageur shoes. They were exactly what I needed - or half so. The right (my dominant - larger foot) fit perfectly. The left shoe was simply too small. Checked the size? Yup, size 9. I wore them around the house for a few days to stretch them out - they do not stretch. Today as a last resort, I took them on my daily walk. Right foot comfy - left foot painfully cramped. I have to believe that the nice person in China in charge of Voyageur size 9 left shoes was asleep at the switch when my pair came through. I am returning the Voyageur's and (having faith in Keen) have ordered a size 9 pair of Marshall's.
