I usually wear a 7 or 7.5, I bought the 7 first and those were way too snug. Exchanges for the 7.5 and the toe material was deceiving at first (rubbing A bit to make me think the show was too small again) but the shoe felt great in the gym!! Treadmill felt a bit strange as I was used to the thicker soles of the running shoes. It will take a little to get used to.
