I am a hard fit. Very wide 11.5 4e. Normally I have to purchase wide 12's. This show was available in a wide width at 11.5 (half size). This allowed me to purchase a shoe that really fit my fit. Not to snug and not too loose. For those of you with wide feet you know all to well the problem we face in purchasing shoes that are too big. This is especially true for a trail/hiking/walking shoe. The trails I purchased this shoe for can be pretty steep and at times have plenty of toe tripping roots and rocks. So a well fitting shoe is needed.I was very worried about purchasing a shoe on-line. But with my need for a wide trail shoe I risked it.
