I'm on my third pair of ProGrid Rides. This is my first pair of the ProGrid Ride 3. These seem to have a slightly wider toe box than previous models. I'm a 180 lb male with average arches and I'm a neutral runner. I run 5-10 miles/week consistenly through the year.
