I have purchased spyder products for my kids in the past, I felt confident the high price of the jacket would deliver a great product. We recieved the jacket last week, its flimsy for the price in my opinion. We live in the northwood's and ski every weekend, I am dissapointed with the iron on decals, not emboidered. The nylon does not feel tough, and the fill in the jacket reminds me of fiberfill at craft stores. I'm comparing the jacket to the spyder ski pants I purchased in the past, they wore like iron making it through two seasons and even being able to be passed down to my younger son! Thats a miracle! I guess the worst part of this is my son loves the style of the jacket and has begged me to keep it. Time will tell if it keeps him warm and holds up, I would send it back if this was not the case. I felt compelled to write a review, I just purchassed a $50.00 jacket for $160.00!
