The Rival High Performance training headgear is the best headgear I have ever used. The adjustability of this headgear is amazing and easy. It doesn't move or slip on your head at all even when taking a big punch or kick.

The leather is high quality and soft. The padding is medium density not super soft and not too hard. I feel it absorbs strikes very well.

Vision is excellent in this headgear, but some people may find that it doesn't protect the nose as well as some other headgear. The cheak protectors are smaller than most headgear but in my opinion balance giving you great vision and adequate protection.

One thing it does better than most headgear is protect the temple area. There is now break in the padding around the temple like most headgear has
