Czar or Xar? Who knows, but this helmet rocks! (or would that be prevents "rocks") Well built, highly adjustable with the rear dial as well as the band height (high, med, low clicker setting on the rear band). Comfortable strap. Easy adjust. I thought I'd be indifferent about the adjustable visor... I love it. Up and out of the way, or down and ready to roll in low sun conditions. Well vented. Great graphics.
