My yoga studio uses Manduka Pro Mats and I sweat quite a bit during my sessions, with the Pro Mats I am sliding all over the place, but not with this Mat. This mat really holds up under sweaty conditions. The only complaint is the same will all manduka mats and that is they STINK of rubber. I've heard scrubbing them with sea salt and water helps, I will try that in the near future.
