I followed the fitting guide from Vibram's site, and the sizing was perfect. The craftsmanship of these is great and I love that the insole is stitched in. All of the stitching looks great, actually. They are very comfortable and not difficult to slide on at all. I received them yesterday so I don't have any long term experience to speak of; but I did wear them yesterday and today for my morning workouts. Vibram's website offers a lot of great advice for transitioning to 'barefoot shoes'... and workout shoes are very specific from person to person, so my best advice is to read and take all that in. If it's a question of quality, don't buy knock offs - Vibram's are worth the extra cash.
